During the 2007 Bridge Art Fair in Miami, galleries occupied
the hotel rooms of The Catalina Hotel and Beach Club to sell there art-wares.
I took up residence in the Orleans Street Gallery's bathroom and offered the
weary art patrons a chance to escape for a few minutes from the toils
of consumption into a refreshing spa built around the Silver Ticket
Project.
One-by-one guests would join me in the bathroom, don a
robe, examine the Silver Ticket as I put it on ice to cool, we would
draw each other in the bathroom mirror and then experience the transfer
of heat as we held a chilly Silver Ticket together...heating it with
our body heat and then a blow dryer.
